Olympic - left from transition - to Pembroke Bus Turn - back down coast, down to L'eree. Up L'eree, down Imp back to Vazon.
Sprint - left from transition - to Pembroke Bus Turn - back to Vazon.
Run - Olympic - 4 x 2.5K Laps
Run Sprint - 2 x 2.5K laps
