Swim : Portlet Beach, to Rocquaine Slip via turn buoy off Portlet beach. Â Bike : Rocqaine Transition > To Gele Road > Turnabout via Gele Road Triangle > Rejoin Coast Road > Rocquaine Transition Run : From Transition towards Imperial Hotel, onwards towards Fairy Ring turn point at cone, Return to Transition : 1 lap 2.5km
