About the Event
We return to Rocquaine for the last duathlon of the season, offering you the chance to get more distance in your legs.
Long Course
Run 1 - 2 x laps out and back to the Fairy Ring (approx 5km), or 1 lap for Novices and Juniors (view Run Course)
Bike - 3 x laps (37.5K) (view Bike Course Map - Up the IMP and down L'eree)
Run - 2 x out and back to the Fairy Ring (approx 5k) or 1 x shorter 1.6K loop for Novices and Juniors
