About the Event
We return to Rocquaine for the last duathlon of the season, offering you the chance to get more distance in your legs.
Run 1 - 2 x laps out and back to the Fairy Ring (approx 5km), or 1 lap for Novices and Juniors (view Run Course)
Bike - 2 x laps (25K) or 1 lap (12.5k) for Novices and Juniors: (view Bike Course Map - Up the IMP and down L'eree)
Run - 1 x out and back to the Fairy Ring (approv 2.5k) or 1 x shorter 1.6K loop for Novices and Juniors
Transition will be in the layby at Rocquaine.
