POSTPONED: Pembroke Duathlon

We are postponing Sundays. The combination of wind speed, direction & tide means we can't guarantee roads won't be covered in debris. We thought it better to decide early so you can make other plans and enjoy a lie in!

Race Number 2 of the duathlon series. Prize giving at the end of the season. Free for members & juniors. £25 for non member series entry.  £10 non member race fee. Entere Here: https://my.raceresult.com/236059/registration

Standard Distance - Run 3 miles (two laps), bike 20 miles, run 1.5 miles

OR

Half Distance - Run 1.5 miles, Bike 12 miles, Run 1.5 miles (suitable for 14yr olds and over)

Sign in from 06:00hrs, race briefing 06:40hrs, race start 07:00.

Run will be on the road circuit from Pembroke Transition around the Chouet back road, left at the tip entrance (care), down Chouet road to Pembroke crossroads, left turn to Pembroke transition, 1.5 miles. 2 loops for 3 miles.

Bike, out to Vale Church filter, right turn to L'islet, right turn to follow coast road to Imperial bus turning point, turn and retrace route to Pembroke, via Amarreurs loop. Short distance event turns at GELE ROAD TRIANGLE.

Run 2, repeat of run 1.

Coffee and cake at Beach House sounds like a sensible plan afterwards!
