About the Event
Standard (Olympic) distance race with shorter Sprint distance alternative based at Pembroke Bay. This will be the 2nd race of the 2025 Inter insular. Entries open soon.
1500 metre swim, 40k bike, 10k run, half distance sprint alternative.
Triangular Swim course in Pembroke Bay (course TBC, may be 2 x 750 loops, 1 for sprint)
Classic Pembroke West coast bike route taking in up L'eree Hill, down Pleinmont Hill. (Sprint turn at Vazon)
Coastal Path run heading around Chouet Headland. (2 laps O.D. race)
