About the Event
Olympic & Sprint distance triathlon. Adults & Juniors (14+). Free for members. £15 non members.
Standard (Olympic) distance race with shorter Sprint distance alternative based at the home of Guernsey Triathlon, Pembroke Bay.
1500 metre swim, 40k bike, 10k run, half distance sprint alternative.
Triangular Swim course in Pembroke Bay (course TBC, may be 2 x 750 loops, 1 for sprint)
SORRY ALL TRAFFIC HAVE CALLED AND ROADWORKS REMAIN IN PLACE. THERE WILL BE AN AMENDED BIKE COURSE. OLYMPIC 3 X GRANDES ROCQUE LOOPS. TWO FOR SPRINT. ONE FOR SUPER SPRINT. AN EMAIL WILL BE SENT TO ALL Competitors.
Coastal Path run heading around Chouet Headland. 2 laps for Olympic Distance.
