Swim
Sprint Swimmers will complete 2 laps of a 400m swim on a triangular course. The swim course will be set out immediately prior to the race acknowledging the sea state, the position of boats and buoys, and the sun condition.
Super Sprint will complete 1 lap – they will start 2 minutes after first wave.
Tri for Fun – race director will discuss swim options with athletes - they will start 2 minutes after first wave.
