About the Event
SATURDAY 12/09
Try A Tri Novice open water triathlon (super sprint distance) for ages 14+. 12 year olds can take part accompanied by an adult. This event will take place at PEMBROKE BAY from 8am.
Granite Kids - swim run on the beach at Pembroke from 9.30am. 'Splash and dash' for youngest ages (5 & 6). All running takes place on the beacj. Distances will increase per age group with oldest ages (11&12) swimming up to 3 laps of a swim (30m) and run (150m) circuit.
SUNDAY 13/09
Granite Sprint for ages 14+ Swim 1km, Bike 30km (non drafting), Run 6km (offroad, including 1 descent into the quarry)
Granite 100 for ages 18+. Swim 2km, Bike 80km (non drafting), Run 18km (offroad, including 2 descents of the quarry)
