About the Event
Grandes Rocques Super Sprint this weekend, perfect follow up to everyone that completed the Novice Triathlon!
PLEASE NOTE RACE STARTS AT 7AM. RACE BRIEFING 06.30am REGISTRATION FROM 6AM
Free for members £15 non members
Super Sprint distance race 400 metre swim, 10k bike, 3k run.
Everyone's seasons bib numbers, chips & T-Shirts will be available to collect on the day.
Swim. Grandes Rocques Beach - sea swim.
The kiosk will be open for drinks and food from 7.45am. Our first open water tri of the season. Free for members. Free for first timers & Juniors. £15 non members.
Bike. Grandes Rocques North through L'islet around the Amarreurs loop (clockwise) turn left at Donkey Divers, turn at Pembroke Bus Depot and return to Grandes Rocques. _Caution - open roads and lots of bikes on a short course!

There will be minimal signage on the course, so please familiarise yourselves with the bike routes and ask if you are unsure. We will have a draft & litter buster on the bike course.
