About the Event
800 metre open water swim, 15 mile bike, 4.75 mile run following GIAAC 'Full Course' run around Lancresse Common. SWIM Please note that the swim is a point to point swim, crossing the bay from Rousse Pier to Amarreurs Pier and may not be suitable for less confident open water swimmers. Please allow plenty of time to cross from transition at Amarreurs transition to Rousse swim start point. Please car share / hitch a lift where
Sign on from 06:00 race briefing at 06.30 transport to Rousse from 06:45 for 07:00 start.
