Starting from January 2023 the club will be offering regular training opportunities for club

members. Please keep an eye on this page for details. 

All our sessions will cater for both beginners & experienced athletes, so the best thing to do is just come along and try a few sessions out!

Monthly Group Ride

One Sunday a month, the club will put on a group ride led by club members, there will be groups to suit all abilities. Ride leaders: Thierry Le Cheminant, Emily Squire  & TBC

Guernsey Based Coached Sessions and Triathlon Coaches






Strive offers multisport  training for groups and individuals, adults and juniors. Each week we deliver coached running, swimming, indoor turbo and strength & conditioning sessions. See  website for details.

All our sessions focus on developing technique, fitness and confidence in the water, on the bike and in your trainers.


Our coaches are Sports Massage Therapists, Age Group Triathletes, S&C specialists and British Triathlon and Kinetic Revolution qualified coaches. We work with all ability adults and children, from complete novices to performance athletes hungry to race.

We have built a successful Swim Fit program for juniors aged 5 and up which focuses on building confidence, technique and love for the water.  For adults aged 16+ we focus on building efficient technique and pace development for triathlon and open water swimming.

Our run sessions use Kinetic Revolution methods to build stronger runners and are based on the track during the winter months and around the Island during the summer.

Our triathlon coaching plans are tailored to individuals and their performance goals and we also offer bespoke training plans for specific endurance events. 


Alan Rowe - Track 352 Racing is a life long athlete and a coach with more than 20 year’s experience, helping people become the best athlete that they can be. Whether you want to improve your 5 or 10k run time, finish an IronMan triathlon, or even completing your first Sprint triathlon, he is here to help you on your journey.

Track 352 Racing provides a tailored and structured training program. There are three primary coaching packages aligned to the differing needs that you may have as a runner, triathlete or perhaps as who someone is new to the sport and need more general guidance on your fitness journey.

ENTIRE has been set up as a platform to help athletes achieve their goals, no matter what discipline, event or standard. Entire is lead by Guernsey's Commonwealth Games Triathlete Josh Lewis. 

Here at ENTIRE we are devoted to improving the performance of any triathlon specific discipline. This ranges from triathlon coaching involving all three disciplines, to each discipline individually. Our services bring a new form of highly analytical scientific coaching to clients. We strive to equip athletes with the tools to facilitate the greatest possible improvements in performance whether this be through physiological, psychological or equipment improvements.

As Commonwealth Games athletes, we have the experience of applying the knowledge from scientific literature and focusing on the details to enable success in multiple disciplines.
