The Sark Triathlon is a unique triathlon experience on the small and traffic free Island of Sark.  The event consists of a short (and cold, so wetsuit compulsory) swim of approx. 300 metres within the confines of Sark Harbour, 8.7 kilometre run taking in the steep climb from the harbour to the top of the Island and then some of the finest coastal views in the Channel Islands, then transition to a 14 kilometre bike ride on traffic free 'roads' (watch out for the Tractors and Horse carriages...

We now have enough interest to go ahead with the FUN relay event on Sunday 18 September, so here are the details:   This is only open to year 7 and above due to the open road bike course. Jon Osborn and Amy Critchlow took the honours in the 4th and final instalment of the Guernsey Triathlon Club’s Ana Leaf Summer Triathlon Series.  23 brave souls lined up on the slipway at Rousse to chance a swim across to Les Amarreurs Bay in extremely choppy conditions.  The race on Sunday took on an old format of a race that that the club have not hosted for some time.  The swim across the Bay was around 850m long.  The 20km bike course took on one lap of the old Island...

Lewis and Critchlow take the Spoils   Josh Lewis and Amy Critchlow took the honours in Sunday’s Olympic distance triathlon held by the Guernsey Triathlon Club sponsored by the Ana Leaf Foundation.   The Guernsey Triathlon Club held its second event in the Ana Leaf Foundation Summer Series on Sunday (26 June) with more than 50 competitors taking part – a record number of entries.   Veteran Alan Rowe took first place with a time of 56 minutes and 4 seconds.
